Tony Capelli
After contributing to the Emmy Award-wining show Elbow Room as Online Editor/Colorist, Boise, Idaho native Tony Capelli is highly sought after and on the top of the list for several television production companies, corporations and businesses.

Tony’s work has aired on numerous popular networks, such as, HGTV, DIY, History, Travel Channel, The Military Channel, Fine Living and Animal Planet—and those are just his recent undertakings. Stationed out of the Emerald City, Seattle, Washington, he has over a decade of experience as an offline editor, online editor, media manager and colorist.

At the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, Tony got his degree in Motion Picture/Television with an emphasis in screen writing, where he studied complex story telling, imagery layout, synchronization of sound and visual effects. He is prepared to create and tell genuinely compelling stories.

Tony has been passionate about post production since his interning escapade at Dan Sexton Media, where he was later hired as assistant editor. Following Dan Sexton Media, Tony joined the editing team at Edelman Productions where he started as the lead assistant editor and quickly became the staff online editor.

After more than four years at Edelman Productions, Tony moved on to the newly form Johlt Productions where he was the senior editor/media manager. He assembled the post-production team from the ground up. He even created the tapeless workflow JohIt Productions still uses and managed a full staff of editors and assistant editors.

Tony is highly organized and a phenomenal communicator. His ability to lead a team to success and present seamless production is what got him on Color Splash, Curb Appeal and M3, as well as landing him corporate accounts with Notorious Mag, LetzTrain, Museum Hack and others.

When Tony isn’t editing popular television shows and commercials, he’s with the two loves of his life; spending as much time as possible with his beautiful wife Stacie and two and a half year old daughter Miranda. He also loves to find a treasure trove of adventure in Seattle, known first for its coffee and second for its rain.
